surely this recipe is not original but it is at least nice for myself to remember
ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- you can wash and shell them if you are feeling extra but it is optional and a lot of work
- tahini
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- salt (carthage)
instructions
rinse and maybe shell the chickpeas (up to thou, who knoweth thine level of commitment greater than this humble author).
put ingredients into food processor and process them as this is its sacred purpose.
adjust quantities of other stuff based on taste.
